I purchased coaching combination play a while back and have recently had time to study it after initially just reading random parts and scanning etc. It really is a fantastic book and I feel stupid for not having taken more time with it sooner. Anyway, I was wondering if there are any videos or examples to demonstrate the concepts in the book? I guess just studying games as you watch is also a good starting point.
