"About 4 months ago i signed my team up to Soccer Tutor which i found online and cannot believe what it has done for my team.
Each team member was imputed into the system and now has his own profile each player is issued with a username and password so they can go online and study there homework related to the next training session.
Each player is evaluated in games and also tested in 15 different skills monthly. At first they were a bit skeptical but there now anxious for the next round,Each player obtained a score which they try to improve each time they are tested.
A letter is sent to all parents telling them what there child is progressing in and what he is lacking in. With Soccer Tutor this has allowed all the players to have access to hundreds of proper animated drills that explain each drill in detail this saves me loads of time.
Once i told my Chairman about it he signed his Girls team up also now the whole clubs involved and its available to all 20 teams in all ages and sexes. Any coach who is taking coaching courses this will help you"

I work for Bolton Wanderers Football Club who are in the English premier league as a talent scout I also watch and take part in coaching sessions for the youth academy sides, this gives me an opportunity to discuss coaching topics and sessions.
Since I started coaching I struggled with reading how the X?s and Y?s shown on a session plan works, it confused me and many other coaches I?ve met during my career it is not until recently that I?ve found a site called soccertutor.com which is one of the best sites I?ve seen.
It gives you player animation and man like figures to show you exactly how this session works the best bit for me is when it stops at a vital part of the session and then slowly goes through it again step by step until you understand the topic, for me it helps me to paint a picture in my mind remember it clearly and then tactically use it on the field when coaching any given topic.
I?ve have now shown qualified pro-licensed coaches this site and it gave me great satisfaction that these coaches said what I brilliant site and they are now at present using the site on a regular basis to help there youth teams.
